Cancellation fee
(1) If the customer cancels the tour reservation for any reason after the tour contract has been concluded, a cancellation fee will apply starting from the 20th day prior to the departure.
(2) If the customer fail to pay the travel fee by the due date, we shall regard the contract as cancelled by the customer on the next day of the due date. In this case, the customer must pay to the travel agent and JTB a penalty equal to the cancellation fee.
