On DAY1, tour will visit Toyo’uke-daijingu(Geku), Ise Jingu, officially ‘Jingu’, includes 125 shrines, centered around Kotaijingu(Naiku), dedicated to Amaterasu-Omikami, and Toyo’uke-daijingu(Geku), dedicated to Toyo’uke-no-Omikami.
More than 1,500 rituals are conducted here yearly to pray for the prosperity of the Imperial family, the peace of the world, and a bountiful harvest.

<Cancellation Policy>

Cancellation fee

(1) If the customer cancels the tour reservation for any reason after the tour contract has been concluded, a cancellation fee will apply starting from the 20th day prior to the departure.

(2) If the customer fail to pay the travel fee by the due date, we shall regard the contract as cancelled by the customer on the next day of the due date. In this case, the customer must pay to the travel agent and JTB a penalty equal to the cancellation fee.

<Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions>

  • At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.
  • On the day, please be sure to bring your passport (original or copy). Those who do not bring their original passport or a copy of it will not be able to participate.
  • This tour requires 2 people using 1 room or 1 people using 1 room for the hotel accommodation. For those who would like to book for 3 or more people using 1 room, please make a request using the inquiry form.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not met by 45 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
  • The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 12 days prior to the tour.
  • If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by their travel agent.

<Itinerary/Destinations>

  • The order of activities and arrival times may differ on the day depending on reasons such as road conditions and congestion at destinations.
  • Train times may change due to timetable alterations or other reasons.
  • Please refer to the tickets and final itinerary for the train numbers and train departure times. The final itinerary will be sent to the email address registered at the time of booking by the 7-day prior to departure.
  • Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.
  • No refunds will be issued even if the Shinkansen tickets are not used. In such cases, please use public transportation to the destination on your own.

<Guide/Tour Conductor>

This tour consists of tourists from all over the world. The tour will have a nationally licensed English -speaking guide who will also serve as a tour escort to accompany you during the tour.

<Children/Infants>

Please contact your travel agent for children's fares (under 12 years of age). Infants under 3 years of age may travel free of charge, but meals, beds (co-sleeping) and transportation seats are not included.

<Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Luggage Delivery>

  • As luggage space is limited on trains and in vehicles, each person may bring only 1 large luggage (such as a suitcase).
  • If bringing several pieces of large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own.
  • In case there are several pieces of luggage which cannot fit in the vehicle, please be aware that there will be an additional charge for luggage transport.

<Bus/Hired Car Company>

Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus, hired car, etc.).
Standard transportation for approximate number of customers:

  • Large bus: around 20 people or more
  • Mid-size bus: around 11-19 people
  • Small bus: around 9-10 people
  • Van (hired car): around 5-8 people
  • Minivan (hired car): around 3-4 people
  • Taxi: around 1-2 people

*Drivers do not work as guides.
*In the event that a bus company not listed in the Remarks/Important Notes will be used, customers will receive a separate confirmation document via email at least 1 day in advance.

(1) お客様がツアー契約成立後、いかなる理由であれ予約をキャンセルした場合、出発日の20日前からキャンセル料が発生します。

(2) お客様が旅行代金を期日までにお支払いいただけない場合、当社は期日の翌日に契約をお客様によってキャンセルされたものとみなします。この場合、お客様は旅行代理店およびJTBに対して、キャンセル料と同額の違約金をお支払いいただきます。

  • 最少催行人数に達しない場合(出発日の45日前まで)、またはその他の運営上の理由により、該当日のツアーが中止となる場合があります。

  • 出発時刻に遅れた場合、予約はキャンセルされますので、余裕をもってお越しください。
  • 新幹線のチケットを使用しなかった場合でも返金は行いません。その場合は、お客様自身で公共交通機関を利用して目的地までお越しください。

<ガイド/添乗員>

このツアーは、世界中からの観光客で構成されます。ツアー中は、国家資格を有する英語を話すガイドが添乗員として同行します。

<子供/幼児>

  • 子供料金(12歳未満)については、旅行代理店にお問い合わせください。
  • 3歳未満の幼児は無料で参加可能ですが、食事、ベッド(添い寝)、交通機関の座席は含まれません。

<重要事項/補足事項:荷物の配送について>

  • 列車および車両内の荷物スペースには限りがあるため、大きな荷物(スーツケースなど)はお一人様1個までとなります。
  • 複数の大きな荷物を持参する場合は、ご自身で配送サービスをご利用ください。
  • 車両に収まりきらない荷物がある場合、追加の荷物輸送費が発生することがありますのでご了承ください。
